Welcome to my website! I am Boniface Pascalraj, often called Boni, and I head the incubation program at SSN iFound (SSN Incubation Foundation). With over 15 years of extensive national and international experience, I have passionately contributed to the startup ecosystem and sustainability initiatives. My journey spans leadership in startups, strategic business development, and driving innovation across various industries.
My entrepreneurial journey began as the Managing Partner of Ulaginoli Energy Solutions, where I had the privilege of helping organizations such as Lucas TVS, Ramco Cements, and Johnson Lifts reduce their energy consumption through innovative solutions. My work in the energy sector has been a testament to my commitment to sustainability, driving impactful change through energy-efficient strategies.
Beyond my entrepreneurial ventures, I have actively contributed to the broader startup ecosystem. I serve as a resource person for various government and private institutions like the Entrepreneurial Development and Innovation Institute, BYST, VIT, and LIBA. I’ve also assisted startups globally through platforms like Founder Institute and Loyal VC.
At SSN iFound, I head the incubation program, facilitating mentoring, funding, and comprehensive support for early-stage startups. My areas of expertise include branding, B2B sales & marketing, and go-to-market strategies, all of which I leverage to help startups navigate their paths to success. My experience as an entrepreneur has equipped me with deep insights into the challenges startups face, and I am dedicated to helping them overcome these hurdles.
In addition to my corporate responsibilities, I am a Ph.D. research scholar at Sathyabama University, where my research focuses on the challenges faced by entrepreneurs in the solar photovoltaic rooftop industry in Tamil Nadu. I also engage in public speaking, serve as visiting faculty, and regularly blog about entrepreneurship and solar energy.
Academically, I hold a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MBA with a gold medal from the Loyola Institute of Business Administration, specializing in marketing and operations. My qualifications extend to entrepreneurship, solar PV system design, project engineering, management, and six sigma green belt certification.
Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my contributions, including receiving the Distinguished Alumnus Award from Mount Zion Schools, Pudukkottai, and the Best Summer Project Award from LIBA, among others.
