This quote perfectly encapsulates Kaviya Ravi’s approach during her internship with us at SSN iFound.
Kaviya, an MBA student from SSN School of Management, interned with us for the past eight weeks, focusing on finance. Her role involved preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports, creating playbooks for multiple procedures, and coordinating with various departments, including finance, external consultants, and our incubatees.
What set Kaviya apart was her relentless commitment to excellence. She consistently went above and beyond her job description, not only meeting our expectations but exceeding them. By proactively engaging with the right stakeholders, she comprehended complex requirements and delivered high-quality results.
Kaviya also played a significant role in hosting the inauguration of the SSN Center of Excellence for Industry 4.0 and the subsequent Industry 4.0 Startup Pitch Fest, conducted in collaboration with TIDCO TANSAM Center of Excellence and StartupTN, Government of Tamil Nadu. This experience showcased her versatility and unwavering commitment to the success of our initiatives.
